What Is Positive Intention?
My definition of positive intention is a confident mindset with a focus on an end purpose or goal.
It is the desire and ambition to focus on possibilities, not obstacles. It is recognizing the power of our thoughts, and how what we focus our attention on is what we will attract to our lives!

~ It is estimated that we average more than 60,000 thoughts per day
~ Our thoughts have an impact on our physical and mental well-being
~ This energy has the power to help us to align with the energy we want to attract

How To Create Positive Change In Your Life

There are not many things I know for sure, but I do know this: there are no accidents, and
every experience, the good and the bad - has a purpose. Some are lessons of growth and
enlightenment, and others may simply be lessons you were meant to share with another.

Lesson 1: You have the power to change your life. This power lies not in controlling
circumstances, but in determining how you will react to them!

Lesson 2:  Health and happiness is a function of the body, mind, and spirit.  Eat right, exercise,
and spend quiet time each day reconnecting with Spirit.

Lesson 3:  Clearly define your intentions for your life.  Write them down in the form of an
affirmationso you can remind yourself each day to focus on what you want to achieve! I like
to use intention affirmations as though I have already received the blessing, such as, “I give
thanks for the blessing of a healthy, strong and powerful body, mind & spirit!”
